RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made on maltepoodle.com.
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship domestically within the United Kingdom via third-party courier services.
- Average delivery time is 12 business days, but in some cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.
- We are only responsible for dispatching the product on time.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs processing, or force majeure.
2. RETURN POLICY
- Customers have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In its original packaging -
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Product has been used
The item is personal or hygiene-related (e.g., pet carriers)
The legal return period has expired
The product has been damaged by the customer
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are only possible after the item has been delivered and inspected.
- Due to automated processing, we cannot cancel or alter orders once they are placed.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
- Once the return is approved, the customer will be informed of the return address.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- If the return is due to customer preference (not our error), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If the product is found ineligible for return (used, damaged, late), the refund will not be issued.
