3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Average delivery time within the UK is 12 business days, but due to logistics and supplier-related factors, delivery may take up to 30 days.
- Shipping is carried out via third-party courier services.
- We are responsible only for dispatching the order on time, not for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure.
4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Used, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items (such as pet bags or carriers) are non-refundable.
- Requests made after the legal return period will not be accepted.
